- From the calls of yesterday with regards to viral load uptake, we were able to attain just 50% (60 samples) of our weekly collection target of 121 samples per week. - We currently have 609 eligibles for the month of August. - Tracking of those who gave promises for this week was done as well. we are having 104 clients who have given rendezvous for the coming week. Reminder calls will be done on Monday which is our viral load working day. Validation with the data team on samples collected for the week.
Phone call mentoring session with major and APS to ensure that group call sessions for viral monitoring were ongoing with all outcomes documented as expected.
