follow up on previous tracking outcome and tracking with APS one on one
- Amongst 16 absences, 3 clients came back and a mail carrying 7 clients followed up at the KP CBOs sent to the KP team for follow up with the KP partners
-Amongst the old IITs, 2 have come back one was confirmed dead
Remark
Tacking is not done on a daily basis. Most of the clients were un reachable
VL uptake
APS are not aware of their eligibles and claims from the delegational note, they do not have clients eligibles.
Eligibles were brought out per APS according to the note with the help of Dama and APS tools
Remark
We noticed 86 clients eligible with about 55 being from KP CBOs. Alist will be sent to the KP team for follow up
HVL documentation
Worked with 4 APS checking the documentation of HVL forms
